No Shows

Without the proper cancellation ( Phone, Voice Mail, or Email), in the correct time frame, you will be charged the full rate with no rain check.

Manatees Guaranteed

We have a rain check policy, stating, "if you do not see any manatees during your tour, we will give you a rain check to come back for free".  Booking via rain check, as any other booking, is based on availability.  The Homosassa Manatee Snorkeling Center and our crew work very hard to ensure your tour is the best it can be, if it is not, please use your rain check, we want you to have a great time with us, and the rain checks never expire.

 REDEEMING RAIN CHECKS

You will need to remember the date and time of your tour, and the name you booked under.  All rain checks will be noted on each reservation.

Rain checks can be redeemed no sooner than 30 days after your original tour date. The reason for this policy is because we do nto want it to happen again, waiting at least 30 days give you the best opportunity to see the manatees again.  Rain checks are not valid on or during holidays, such as week of, Thanksgiving, Christmas and or the week of New Years plus any 3 day holidays.

Rain checks are non-transferable, must be original passengers-few acceptations may apply.

Please understand, that we do want you to use the rain check, and we do not issue them very often.  We are very good at what we do, but wildlife does not care about our schedule, and we sometimes must issue a rain check.

Issuing rain checks is an option we offer because we truly want our customers to enjoy the manatees and help spread awareness about them.

Thank you
